Lumber Yard Supply (LYS), a building material distributor now has three (3) branches. Great Falls, Montana, Billings, Montana and now a branch in Spokane Valley, Washington. LYS and iLevel by Weyerhaeuser have shared a successful partnership the past few years in offering a wide range of iLevel high-performance engineered wood products throughout our current territory which includes, Montana, northern Wyoming, western North and South Dakota. In addition to the iLevel products, our Spokane branch will provide distribution of a full line of quality building materials in eastern Washington, eastern Oregon, and northern Idaho.

The new branch is located at 17524 East Euclid Avenue, Spokane Valley, Washington. The eleven plus acre site includes a 102,000 square foot warehouse for inventory. The new 5000 square foot office building is now open, and we may be adding a rail spur for creative sourcing of building materials from a wide range of suppliers. The site which is located in Spokane Valley’s industrial area, offers easy truck access from I-90 via Sullivan or Barker Road interchanges.

Jason Bake, a nine year employee of LYS, has been appointed the Branch Manager for the Spokane facility.  Jason started in sales and was promoted to manager of the EWP department in our Great Falls branch. He brings a wealth of knowledge in engineered wood products and an enthusiastic approach to this new challenge. The Spokane branch has currently hired 20 people.

Lumber Yard Supply was founded in the early 1940’s as a wholesale arm of a chain of retail lumberyards. This chain of lumberyards was started by the Robinson family over 123 years ago. LYS today is a progressive, growth oriented company “providing products with quality; and service you can depend on”.
